1. START | RUN | REGEDIT
2. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\UnreadMail\
3. There is a Value on the right side called MessageExpiryDays
4. Double click on it and change the Value in the data box from 1 to 0
Close the Registry and restart Outlook.
